Condemned playground brought back to life

Colton Playground was created in 2000, but by 2017 the equipment was rotting and was condemned following a RoSPA inspection, resulting in the village’s much-loved play park being closed down.  A £58,028 grant from Biffa Award enabled a new bright and vibrant playground to be created so that local children and those from surrounding villages once again had somewhere to play.
