Samlesbury Hall

There was a lack of interactives and historical interpretation at Samlesbury Hall. Stories that were told verbally were received with great interest by visitors; the hall has some fascinating and often a very brutal history. Biffa Award granted £68,736 to improve interpretation to enhance visitor experience.

The funding enabled the building to open two new rooms to the public for first time in 700 years.
